Founded by co-owners and business partners Eduardo Gonzalez, Willy S., and Jeremiah Cooper, our shop was created to give backyard cooks, competition pitmasters, and professional chefs a place where quality, knowledge, and passion come together.

With decades of combined experience in butchery, live-fire cooking, hospitality, catering, and barbecue, we’ve dedicated our lives to mastering the craft. Eduardo is a Netflix Barbecue Showdown Season 2 alumni whose passion for barbecue has taken him from competition cooking to live-fire events across the country. Willy has spent years perfecting the art of barbecue and live-fire cooking, serving everyone from local families to celebrities while building a reputation for quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. Jeremiah Cooper, owner of Kings Brewing Company in historic Downtown Upland, brings his entrepreneurial spirit and lifelong passion for barbecue to the team. An accomplished cook himself, Jeremiah shares our commitment to bringing people together through exceptional food, community, and unforgettable experiences.
